The truck my daughter was conceived in was a 1981 cabover freight shaker, it was a good looking truck, nice paint scheme and a glitter steering wheel. It was a good truck, but it was a slowpoke lol. 300 Formula with a straight 7 speed. When I took over the KT powered Shaker hood Pop put a new guy in the 81 cabover. I never had any problems with it and if I did it got fixed, Pop seen to that. Lady trip it ever made was across sandstone mountain. New guy had a load of steel from Marten Steel in Huntington, never made it 1/2 way down and lost it over the side. Last picture I seen if it the tractor was in 3 pieces and the trailer looked like a barber pole. That's the load that put Pop out of business. I talked to the wrecker owner ( Homer ) who pulled it out who is a family friend too. Homer told me they brought a D8 in and cut a road from the bottom of the mountain, back along the base to where the wreckage was. The pictures showed the frame with a small section of floorboard still attached. Everything else from seat base up was gone. That truck didn't have no Jakes, so I can guess it's easy for most to figure out what happened.
Did it kill him??? No it didn't. Keep in mind....... he said he rode it to the bottom, but only had a few bruises and scratches with no broken bones or a concussion.

 

I have always ran straight pipes. Several years ago I'm smokin across hwy 6 in Texas when I come up on the DOT pull out occupied of course. He runs out pointing for me to pull in. This guy is tall like can stand flat footed and look in my window. It's hot as blazes this big ####### ain't had a good day and he is cranky. I see it coming I'm yelling don't touch that when he props up on it open handed. He was so mad he run me off before I got inspected

Like I said, they have no idea. Women will have it in their heads that a "man" is this guy that's needy and nags and cries and can't handle stress and adversity, and you will hear them talk about their "man." In all the TV programs they watch, the "men" characters are either dumb, or afraid of the women, or wishy washy, or easily tricked/influenced. A real Man is strong like a strong shelter in a tornado/hurricane. She will instantly know there's something different.

She and her "man" argue all the time. What do they argue about? Stupid stuff, like a difference in opinion. If you are the Man that you say you are, why are you arguing with a woman about her opinion? If her having a different opinion upsets you so much to the point to where neither of you can communicate peaceably, you are not the Man that you think you are. Man Law.
