@stwik ,@MagnumaMoose are really behind the #metoo movement. Who on here is old enough that # is a pound sign, not a hashtag. I thought all these women were saying #metoo, or pound me too! I was like OK.

 

Beware of the 'Bait n Switch.'

That's when you go to a seller, looking for a truck they're advertising, and you pull the trigger to buy it, and the truck is gone. 2 hours later, your salesman will contact you about another truck that's just come in, that they will sell you at the same rate as the truck that you were looking at.

I would walk away if they do the ol bait and switch.

Yep. It means either “pound” or “number.” But, just like so many other things, folks will take it and say “Nope! From now on it means ‘hashtag’”. And if confronted with the fact that for years it meant something else, which may be demeaning to their cause, you’ll get the eye roll, like you’re the dumb one.
