AXLE WEIGHT GUIDELINES

This should help, 40k on 10 foot spread, but must meet bridge law. 80k gross period without over weight permit.

 

I don't wanna quote other states. My truck hasn't left Ohio since 2013.

 

But 3 axles they look at 1 group is tandem, then add the third as a single. They dont look at it as three axle 1 group plus a single. If that makes any sense.

 

Plus what Idk is with your step I assume you have smaller tires, like 19.5's? That comes into play. @johndeere4020 might be the best to answer on step deck question.

Yes. They never let me out of the warehouse without it being completely tarped. I know one of the guys was telling me he brings them up from Jupiter, and they don’t make him tarp at all in Jupiter to leave...

If It’s a 48 foot trailer axle spacing doesn’t matter in Connecticut. It’s if the trailer is over 48 feet that it will matter.
I hope your adding that axle on to the back so the axles go all the way to the rear and it doesn’t look all gay.

 

Ok Shooter, I may have posted this before but here is a picture of my first truck and my three kids. This was taken a LONG time ago, as each of these kids has their own kid now.

Edit to add: Yes, I had taken the kids swimming; they didn't just wear swim suits all the time.....in case any of you were thinking that I was a bad parent.
