You can always drop some hay off here. A wet summer here is going to make an expensive winter for me. I had to throw the hopes of good 2nd cutting out the window, and now I'm in scavenge mode just to get me into March.

Sitting in a diner getting some breakfast. Women are talking. One of them is crying because she is pregnant and her guy doesn't want anything to do with her and a baby. She confronted the guy's wife and got told off, and now she sits in the restaurant surrounded by friends.

"You deserve better than this. You deserve a better man. He is wrong! He's no good! He's a dog!"

Well, They all hug each other and have a good cry and they leave. The waitresses compare notes and talk about how sad this particular situation is. I tell them the story of the woman that saw the cold snake on the ground, that felt pity for it and put it inside her coat to keep it warm. Everyone knows this story right? Everyone knows the moral of the story. Well, here's the problem (haven't figured out if it's my problem or their problem with me...either way I'm not going to lose any sleep):How in the heck do you people have any sympathy for a cognizant person that chose to pick up a snake and gets snakebites?

"But Six, the woman in the story had good intentions!"

Good intentions change dangerous situations? Not even in faerie tales.

I'm gonna invent a teleportation device. Then, every time I need a load tarped, I'll just hit the button. Boom, @stwik shows up, load is tarped and I'm gone.

Trailers over 48’ have a kingpin to rear axle group limit of 41’. Trailers 48 foot and under overall length Can I have axles wherever they want.

Besides if you’re running up here, you just give me a call and you won’t be running across any place it’s going to pop you for that.

I was wrong. CT kingpin law is 43’ kingpin to center of rear axle (NOT axle group) for trailers over 48’.

ConnDOT: What is the legal length of the semi-trailer?

Its 41' ?oh ok, I was thinking CT was 43'....dont matter no way cause you know we do the outlaw thing anyhow.

I guess I shoulda at least mentioned the reason for this idea. A certain customer would have some heavier stuff that needs go on a step, but it's like 60k stuff...so I'd definitely want a tri.

Hell if all fails I just buy a new trailer. That's what @Ruthless does:D

8.3 cummins @ 250 hp, Allison 6 speed auto, 1,000 gallon tank, remote controlled bumper nozzle. Low range has been disabled. Due to poor design issues, reverse and low range grenade the transfer case because of the torque.
This is 1 of 2 identical units I built a couple years back. The fire dept. finally got the titles to them a few months ago. We got them from the Kansas Forest Service. They allow departments to buy them outright, or they will "give" them to a dept for a period of time, then sign the title over. As long as the title is in their name you're not allowed to ride or work off the back, only from the cab or on the ground.
Now that they are ours, we can work off the back. I just finished the cage in front of the tank last night. Next Wed, I'll do the same to the other one.
