Once pressure starts to drop in the unload process, the compressed liquid starts to turn back into vapor. The liquid goes to the bottom, the vapor floats to the top.You can only get so much out at that point because its chasing itself during the chemical reaction (reverse liquid flash) basically.

My trailer has a hydraulic product pump on the bottom and it pumps the liquid off until theres no liquid left. Its ran by a wet line on the truck.

    If that makes sense?

Have to agree, I will and have helped a friend or a buddy and will. But I ain't helping a company or broker because the out fit he gave the load to can't complete it. My helping is by doing it. Their help is by paying me. Its cheaper to keep it parked than to run cheap.

Maybe that valve just hopped a couple times did a short dance on the piston and you caught her.

Wore is on to something, could be where you mentioned some micro metal flakes blew thru.

You said "two cute cops just rolled thru"

    Is what I heard

I take the chance that everyone pays me, that idiot drivers stay out of my way. NOBODY is there to help me pay my bills. Never had a broker been concerned with my family finance. This is the chance I take every day when I get out of bed. Been off a few weeks hurt, did anyone call and ask if I was running out of money? Nope not one. So why should we help the broker because he don't want the liability of exposure. I and myself is responsible for me and the situation that I currently am in. Not one other soul. Now you guys and some local friends I have done favors, if they cover fuel. This is still stupid when you look at coast of insurance deductible and loss of income or life. Not saying I'm smart. But who wants to die on a cheap job? Btw I say favor, i.e. sick, hurt, family emergency, broke down. If I find out they profited from me helping we will no longer be friends.

So basically what you are saying is since I’ve got a Harbor Freight vacuum pump, a set of manifold gauges and even an a/c schrader valve core remover, I can go haul propane? If it helps, I can get the vent temps down to 40-50 below ambient.

Heck yeah, I just remembered I run DuraCool synthetic R12 in my Honda, it’s basically propane anyways. (I highly recommend it. Much lower pressures, leaks slower, cheaper and cools better that R134. Any moisture turns to oil instead of corrosive like 134, too)

Thinkin the same thing as long as it didn’t spread. Fairly low miles on the rebuild, that’s exactly how I would fix it. And I’m the type of guy who was going to do a cam swap in my pickup and ended up with a stroker 402 and a 4L80 swap.
