@wore out has a better chance of the Judge expungeing his Record IMO... I agree it would be a nice touch by Management

 

that's pretty awesome. My 85 B model would start down to about 10 degrees. Every now and then the breaker on the light pole would pop

Thanks guys. It's the 3rd one I have done. It is better than the last two but not as good as the next one. As you can see not much juice. Fun to keep trying. Pork shoulder is much easier to smoke.

It's kinda like learning to weld. You just got to keep pulling beads and be handy with a grinder.

 

Put the meat on a rack , than put in a shallow pan ,have tokeep putting juice back on top of meat

 

I think that I almost got myself expelled recently over the re-expulsion of one of our young Canadian friends, but I am all for respectfully petitioning the powers that be to reconsider.
If anyone has a suggestion I'm all ears!
