Yep you'll be just fine....can't change what's already happened focus on tomorrow and what you can do today.

#### happens and people that think it won’t happen to them is sadly mistaken. One of the reasons I try not to criticize others.

@Tug Toy nothing I can say that hasn't been said. You need anything we are here. However the ticket situation doesn't sound to bad. Dot warning is nothing to sweat. I however would try and plea the ticket even lower. But I fight everything.

 

I have the same issue. Luckily the only time I've had to have one was head and legs.

 

Sorry to hear about this, Tug. You do your job well and take really good care of your equipment. If they maxed out your CSA score, it proves how piss poor that system is rated.

I don't think its gonna hurt him to bad. Leased to another co. it will average out. should be ok. I was charged for a at fault accident about 3 or 4 years ago that hasn't effected me yet. I in no way was at fault and fought it. Insurance co tried to fight it, lawyer tried to fight it. But Middleburge Heights Ohio judge knows nothing about commercial vehicle law and made it clear he didn't care. At that point I stopped spending money. 14k for a 4 year old Hyundai turd and 3500 to my truck. The old lady hit me. They say I hit her.

 

I didnt wanna rack up to big a bill. I'm still seeing if they accept comdata or a com-check to pay for it all.
