Nothing quite like bone marrow slathered on hot garlic toast

I’d probably get a lot more done if I’d stick to one job. Figured since I had it apart, I’d change cam follower gaskets and take care of the oil leaks. So I did that then got back to the main job.



“Ok, rocker boxes are on and overhead is set. Now let’s get the intake, exhaust, and thermostat housing back on. But I wanna switch from green to red antifreeze, so I need to flush the system, plus now would be a good time to replace all rubber hoses and clamps, so I need to run to the parts house...... “

It’ll get done when it gets done I tell ya.

Hey when I read that, I thought it was hilarious. In pure MJ fashion, a stickler about stuff like that

 

That sucks, I have driven some junk. But the worst that sticks in my mind. Worked at Buckeye at St Johns rd. 65/I-75. 1985 f350 box/loaded service truck with a 300 and a 4 speed. But here is the problem if you shifted 2 to 3 to fast at the top of that NB short ramp it would bind and only thing you could do is shove the clutch in and go to the shoulder before you got butt rammed. They wouldn't let us fix it, just laugh.
