My daughter said "one more day of being good." I'm such a proud parent.

 

I'm guessing that is the 2yr old tornado. My 3 yr old granddaughter asked me yesterday how much longer she had to be good. They catch on at an early age for sure.

 

Homewood Inn and Suites has a thing M-F that’s a social hour. Had chicken fingers, salads, lemonade and ice water, fresh baked cookies, great spicy chicken soup, and 2 kind of beers and wine as well.
Got a 2 bedroom suite w 2 bathrooms and a living room and a full kitchen, 3 TVs.

I’m impressed.
Family friendly for sure.

 

No sir, its the 6 year old. She's the better behaved of the two by tenfold. So its a scary future if that's the case.

 

When my daughter was younger, she'd fight going to bed on time every single night. If I recall correctly, she was 2nd-3rd grade. Finally said to her "If you get to bed on time for the next two weeks, you'll get a reward"

Children being so literal, she was good about it for EXACTLY two weeks. On day 15, she was right back to not listening about going to bed on time. When she asked for her "two week reward" I told her that there wasn't going to be one. "BUT YOU SAID IF I WAS GOOD FOR TWO WEEKS"...

"Right, and every day after that which you instantly failed"

 

Mrs K2 wants to know if you had to go buy the Cover Girl nail polish, or if you already had it?

Its my wife's. That spare underglow light I painted under there was almost plum crazy purple.
