@Oxbow the guys I pull open deck stuff for get a pretty decent discount at TA/Petro and loves. The other day the posted fuel price at TA in Ohio was $3.04, with their discount I got it for $2.38.
Some companies get a serious discount at some of the big truckstops. I dont like the big truckstops, but when I get 50 to 60 or more cents of a gallon it helps. Otherwise, when I'm hauling local close to home I use the mom and pop shop.

Im not over the road, but its .57 cents more 60 miles away at Toledo T5/I280 truck stops than at home. If i fuel at sunoco and use the card .05 more cents per gallon at the pump. .62 cents. I have not found a fuel discount card that will make it up. If I must I will buy enough to get home. -
Its for the Mormon Truckers! -
That kind of discount would make me hate them less. Lol

It's about the only way I can put up with going in there

Those Werner trainers are gonna have some swingin parties now, this is a dream come true for them, lol.
Fine representation of a CR England employee right there. May be a stand up guy but when you come off on video like a gangsta, (image and first appearances mean everything!), whattaya suppose to think?
It's all completely against how most believe and behave on here, pretty sad that such a great, and for the most part, enjoyable industry has gone the way it has......course, it's the way the whole country has gone imo.
I better stop before I find that soapbox, lol.cke, exhausted379, SAR and 22 others Thank this. -

Wow, I didn't think the fuel companies had that much mark up to work with. They must have enough business from those that don't receive the discounts to help offset it.
I get a lot of offers from companies wanting to issue us fuel cards stating that we could receive discounts, but I doubt that they would be anything near what the big boys get, and I honestly have never really looked into it. Most of our fuel expense is for off-road. -
How much fuel can you hold?

Fitty aigs.
My Boy Luke says he can eat fitty aigs, he can eat fitty aigs.
Sorry for the repeat but I love that movie.
