Where is everyone #5

Gotta say I’ve never seen that before. Like you said it seems a little slow but could be handy at times.

 

Its a neat idea and great on a bench. But under dash, in frame rail or up under trailer no way. Might as well solder them, which can be hard. But a proper solder and good quality heat shrink like @Tug Toy said I have hardly ever seen fail.

 

I understand the connection, this one belonged to my great uncle that raised me.

 

So last night 6 mentioned people lurking and magnum moose mentioned the same a couple hundred pages ago. I guess I’m being called out. I have been following this thread since it’s beginning. I actually started following #4, before it was shut down. I didint mean any harm. I have just been living vicariously through you all. I didn’t know if I would be accepted into your club because I’m not a trucker or tied to trucking, yet. You see, I have always been interested in trucks and trucking. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do. I’m sure that sounds stupid to anyone that does it for a living and doesn’t enjoy it. I have had my CDL for 20 years and have used it locally to make a living but I’ve always wanted to go OTR. 6 more months and I’ll be able to make it happen. My youngest son will graduate in May and I’m going to take the leap. Anyhow if I’m not supposed to be here let me know. It won’t change my plans, I’ll just quit lurking.

See I told @1951 ford that I wanted to feed it with a 644c and he made a doodle on a nap kin, and told the wife to book her dream vacation and new vette of her color choice!

 

I’ve dealt with enough “snow” lately. We got about 20 inches in 10 hours last Friday. I would be happy with not seeing anymore this winter.
