A pic from yesterday's ride home. That's Flaming Gorge. I came up from the south out of Vernal. No snow and no ice on the water.

 

Me too, but these power plants and job sites don't always allow that to happen.

 

Do you keep on going like you have been or does this foul up your operation?

 

I don't think it will hurt anything. It does say the engine conforms to US EPA rules in effect as of 2002

 

@sawmill how old of an engine can Cat print those stickers for?

 

I don't know if there is an age limit. I do know it is free. Takes about 2 1/2 weeks to get them. But the guy at the Cat dealer told me they're required to provide them for free to anyone who needs them.

 

Nice. I'd like to stick some new ones on my old 3406 once I get it painted and dressed up nice.

 

I blew up the picture to read the label, just didn't slide it to the right to see the US conformance.

 

I was wondering about this also. I got a couple CAT's that don't have any stickers so this is good information to know. I'll give my local CAT dealer a call and get some coming.

 

Plymouth, IN....already shut down for the night. Probably shoulda called the shipper before I left the house this morning to make sure the were open
