Somebody's getting lucky tonight.....

 

Lol not me, I had 3 enchiladas +rice n beans before dessert. The ladies all got that fried ice cream, I got "Bananitas" which is like fried ice cream plus halved fried bananas covered in coconut sauce.

Hope I can hold the wheel for the whole ride home.

 

Real life is about to start. Fiancé is getting induced a week from Friday.

 

I've seen people load steel billets on recovered trailers. It's not the greatest looking load, but it works, lol.

 

Finished my last orientation class today. The feeling of being "free" never felt so sweet.

Running a load of steel down to Gwinner, ND then reloading in Minneapolis, MN and home for the weekend. Ideal trip would have me at Clearwater Petro tomorrow night and home on Friday, if anyone is in the area.

Makes a fella feel good when the president (a lady) of the culvert company you used to work for sends a text asking if you'd like to come back and drive part time because they need a good reliable driver.

 

Couldn't find anything. As strange as this sounds, I think the guy who reported all the "problems" this truck had wasn't counting on the fleet manager offering it to me first. He was scheming for a deal and I ended up with it instead.

Things seemed a little slow on the board out west this week so I decided to throw all my efforts into this instead.
