Oh ok, Ive seen them. Loaded alot for other people when I was wrecking, just never had one. Had to help alot of guys that had no clue how to operate them. I always tried to get the owner to buy one. Wanted to mount winch at rear. Pull tractor around, back up to it and plug in hydro. Be able to winch on and off and self load/unload. Replacing a double drop that all you can do is show up. He finally bought one after I left. Now I have many the hours and nights with a landoll.

@OLDSKOOLERnWV Safe travels. You think they will let you steer and hit the throttle once? Blow the Horn?

Have a great vacation Mr Jim! @OLDSKOOLERnWV
When are ya supposed to board the boat? -
They are a little lighter. Hydro is definitely easier, and you can raise the deck if high centered. But I put a heap of miles on a mechanical and they ain’t bad. Just need to be mindful of where or what you try to drag it over

Thanks for the pics. Ive seen both just never talked or cared about them. -
I can say, I know what a Landoll looks like with a 51k coil setting few feet behind center on 17.5 tire looks like. Probally just as bad as you imagine.

I thought this would be the cats meow for a tow company, it had a winch built in that could winch forward or backwards, you moved the ramps where you needed them. Talbert has one at Louisville a couple years ago, don’t know why I only took one picture.
