Salt truck just passed me going the other way spraying brine all over the place?

60 deg out and no moisture in the forecast for at least 3 days.

    WTF?

Dog catcher passed me going the other way and as I looked in the rear view I saw the brake lights come on. I took that as a sign that I needed to make a stop downtown.

Looks like it's snowed in there. Better keep running before the dog catcher catches up.

As @OLDSKOOLERnWV has said, that type of steel will hold an edge, far sharper and far longer than the shiny stuff.

Might be the nicest knife you've owned, up to this point, but once you get used to using it you may find yourself wanting more of them. My ex in Washington was questioning my sanity when I purchased a set of Zwilling J A Henkels knives for about the same price as a monthly mortgage payment then she started using them and finally when I was moving out they became a point of contention and argument much like, in her words, "those ugly, nasty black skillets". I splained to her my ex WIFE who I was married to for 21 years didn't get my cast iron so your sure as hell not getting that and since we've only "cohabitated" for 2 years your not getting the knives you were mad about when I bought them.

Well Im no chef, just like to cook. But I see the value. Its a tool like wrenches. And it cut great. Sad story years ago my mother sold my grandmothers cast iron, because a salesman told her she couldn't use then on her glass top electric range.

Hey Wore Out, I know you don’t know me from a hill of beans, but could you give me anymore info about what I’m getting into? You see when my youngest son graduates in May, I plan on quitting my current job and going to work for a guy out of Amarillo hauling cattle. If their are things you’d rather not say on here that I need to know you can pm me, or I can get you my number. Seems to me that your this threads go to source for that kind of info.
