Ohhh and since I'm late to the speed party

I had and I say had a 900RR, had new rubber, new smaller rear sprocket, chain brakes ect. Had to I just had to fire it up.

This little extension of highway (10 miles) was just opened up. So I jump on at the get on ramp and layed on the tank, banging on the gears. As I approached 144mph I saw in the distance a blue nova. I ran down the gears and rolled up on her driving 55mph. I almost felt I was going so slow I could get off the bike. I rolled up. Next to her, she jumped and almost ran me over from being startled.

Big truck was a powder blue long nose. It is true after 100 it does smooth out. Maybe a few miles at 108mph. But didn't last long, was worried about cops might hit us. 4 of us running way out on 20 deep in the desert. Good ol days of making time......

 

This made me chuckle

 

Made it home to momma last night. Now my 10’a in the wind.

 

Even x1 knows this guys has a lot to learn

 

The OTR driver that runs the I5 corridor is off to do a multi-stop in Los Angeles come Monday...

I-5 isn’t too bad to be stuck on. The speed limit is slower in Cali but at least you know where everything is at. The stretch between Lathrop and Lost hills is torture on a good day though

 

He must not have pulled RGN very long....?
