I always know I can count on you and others on here to give me advice when I need it. It’s much appreciated, helps a ton. I didn’t grow up working on diesels. Rebuilt a few small block Chevys as a kid, like most of us did. But that’s about it till I bought this KW.

The more I work on it, the simpler it gets. Lol.

Is there anyway for us mere lowlife mile runners to get different tarps than the standard two or three piece?

 

I make a wrong turn every now and then.

 

Of that there is absolutely no danger! I only threaten Bigfoot- no chance I would actually go. Especially since I need a local HH company on stand by just in case I get stuck ...

But since the man is going to send you to the dakotas and Montana this year I may bump into you one day

Yep, not all to dealer some were parts of mine. But when done l, I reused alt, power steering pump and crank and block. Nothing was left unchanged for the simple fact it was down, change it. Brought it home and since I was at it, swapped complete rears and suspension from a 50k mile salvage truck. This was not included in the 31k. My point is I was making darn sure that pig was going to stay together for awhile. Didn't go as planned, but I made it work. Learning from my mistake, and others. Had a customer that I was making bank on. I rented a friends truck and took care of them. If I wasn't there someone else was gonna haul it.
