I built me a 3x3 table awhile back and I used a 1" thick piece of steel for the top. The thing weight 400 lbs or so and I mounted my vise on it.
I can still move it around when I have something in the vise, so I guess I need to add some suitcase weights to it, lol.
I just noticed that yours didn't move around and wondered if it was bolted down. I liked how you tapperd it towards the top for stability.

Logan76, 4mer trucker and SAR Thank this. -
Here's some pics of that body I was talking about.

How much you want for it?
Logan76, 4mer trucker, 1951 ford and 5 others Thank this. -
That's the same bed I have. Mine has the drawer package on the left. It's an 88 model and came with a cable rig but we put an 8000 lb hydraulic rig on it last year.
A snap on road chest with most of what you use sets on pins on the left side. Rig it until pin it and set it up on the the counter weight of a hoe your working on saves lots of steps -
Is this the drawer setup you have?
Logan76, ShooterK2, 4mer trucker and 6 others Thank this. -
Close mine has 8 drawers. I will have to get pics of the back bumper too. It's 3/8 plate 24" wide for a work table with a tool box built under neath it. Piece of 4x4 heavy wall tube across the bottom with the hitch under it. A door on the left side for my long bars. The tie downs in those beds are the ####. You can pull a 3406 out of an 8K set in the truck bed strap it down and haul ### lol. All jokes a side when I put my little 13 letter #### spreader together I thought I was sittin in tall cottonLogan76, ShooterK2, 4mer trucker and 12 others Thank this.

Dang....Now you got me wanting to put it together. It was on a f450 but the box is heavy. My 1845C won't even pick up one corner. The kid cut the plate out of the bed but has one notched already to put back in it.
I'd like to see your setup on the back.
My problem is I already have to pickups that I don't hardly drive plus my bucket truck. I don't know.....

I've been debating throwing a service body on my W900 when its done. But I'd probably be too scared to put the truck to work and get it dirty lol.
Logan76, wore out, BoostedTeg and 14 others Thank this.
