2019 X15 Cummins in my truck does it as well, sometimes worse than others, no real repeatable scenario that causes it that I have found. Just figured she's clearing her lungs of the urea or something.

There’s three possibilities here with the whereabouts of my previous winder...
A — I left it on the deck of my dropped trailer in Arlington. Didn’t notice. Gave paperwork to the driver taking it to Georgia and he felt like keeping the winder for himself...
B — I left it on the deck when I was fixing the tarp job at Seven Feathers. Forgot about it and hopefully it landed on the ground before I hit I-5 without going through someone’s windshield.
C — someone stole it out of my saddle box at either Redding TA or Petro Wheeler Ridge.
... A or B seem to be the most likely but I could’ve sworn I put it in my box at Seven Feathers...
Needless to say I bought a new strap winder...
That drill one seems unnecessary so I wasn’t even thinking about it. They have those “EZ winders” as well where it rolls it up faster on the winch... no thanks. Just give me a good old manual strap winder
