I have to watch mine and so far so good. Walmart has a finger pricker setup called relion I think. Dr. told me to prick myself every morning before I eat anything. He said anything 120 or below is ok. The meter that comes with that setup will tell you what it is. Might be worth peace of mind to know. Hope that helps.

I dont have a sweet tooth generally but I drink way too many sodas. 7 ft tall and 440ish pounds. Theres room for improvement in most all areas.
