It's not just the rice they eat, it's their entire diet. We can have the same results but we have to eat the whole diet, not just the parts we like and mix them with all the parts from other diets that we like. If it worked like that, I'd eat rice from Asian diets, potatoes from European, Krispy Kreme from American and be healthy and happy.

Good point. And rice in meatballs not in my house. I use Italian sausage, ground steak, season the meat, hand rolled. Smoke them on the grill, or brown with broiler in oven. Not long then into the sauce. Let not talk about the sicko's and turkeye, or chicken meatballs. Or wackjob vegan balls. I eat cow, cow eats grass, kinda a vegan.

Asians also have an entirely different metabolism than Caucasians. When my wife was doing diet research she sent me some articles that covered the differences. It’s more than you would think.

If I move it the coil would be above the cab. The top of it may be just short enough to work with a forward tilt. I got the meter out and it had continuity to ground but wasnt working out placed back there. I'm guessing maybe I can trim it down to get it to 13'6 if tilting it doesn't get it low enough.

Everybody makes meatballs different. My wife and her mama was hamburger and onion and then in chili sauce and grape jelly.

My mom makes them with hamburger, bread crumbs, and seasoning under the broiler. We was poor.

Don't care for Rosanne but did you see the episode she taught a bunch of teenagers how to feed a family with a pound of hamburger and a loaf of bread??

Everything is good when in moderation. Too much water will kill you.

I’d be interested to hear more about that. A lady at church was telling me a couple years back that she had changed diets to her cultural heritage diet (called that or something similar) which was Nordic. Lotta stuff like MJ would like, lotta fish. Said a bunch of minor health ailments left her after changing. Interesting to hear.
