It was like daylight here when I was dragging the heater back in the shop.

Knew it was gonna happen but didn't see the blood part when I came in.

Married to my first wife 17 yrs, no kids, always said I didn't want to raise a child in today's world.

Married to current wife 16 yrs, we had a son when I was 43, I'm 56 now. He's by far, not even close to anything else, the best, coolest, funnest thing that has ever happened to me my entire life. It's been a blast. Not saying there won't be rough times but so far it's just been usual kid stuff, he's a great young man.

Maybe someday you'll get to experience it but I do understand it's not for everyone, just my experience.

  4. So @catalinaflyer can ya throw down a small list of your grocery items you get for the truck?

Just curious on a small list. For the road

Well, for starters the list is small however the packages are pretty large because I do most of my shopping at Costco then I use a Foodsaver vacuum bagger and portion everything out. I get the Kirkland brand chicken tenderloins, broccoli florets, green beans, choice tenderloin steaks, bacon and hard boiled eggs (no need to potion the eggs, they're in 2 packs already) then for a snack I get the Tilamook brand cheddar cheese bites. The rest I get at HEB or whatever grocery store I can get to, riced cauliflower which I just use 1/2 the package for a meal, shredded parmesan cheese, butter, creme fraiche, mascarpone cheese.

That's pretty much my "go to" list then I pick up random things at the grocery store, usually fresh, to make different meals.
