I would have the info pulled off the ecm. Match the ecm s/n to what that engine left the factory with. If 437k is true I would be looking for tell tale visible signs to confirm it as best as possible. If I could handle a slopey nose IH and needed a truck I would be on it.

If you drive the truck and like it, I don’t see how it wouldn’t be worth $10k. I’d be asking why it’s only got 437k miles though.
