Hey @Lysdexis , this one is going to be for sale at the end of February. I'll even deliver it if @wore out will let me hire him to do some of his mojo on the other one. Probably not exactly what you're after, but at least you will get some true history. 20190123_152132.jpg

I remember the time you said you started out with 144k on an RGN in the highside. You could smell the clutch for days!!!

Does she still run best two gallons low on oil?

Did you ever figure out what all those metal shavings were from you found in the oil that time you had the pan off oxbow?

I know I reccomend bars stop leak to dump in it that time you said it overheated to 250° when the water pump blowed a seal. Wasnt sure if you used Bars brand or just pepper?

We probably deserve that. I don’t think me or Snowman ever apologized for calling you a liar. I mean, to run a truck for 6 months with a blown head gasket seems far fetched. Billowing out white smoke, turning the radio up to drown out the buzzers, but she kept on chugging.

Then you posted all those pics of milky white oil on the dipstick. And we both felt foolish. Good luck with the sell:thumbup:

Amazing how he’s flyin down the boulevard with no windshield and yet there’s no wind in the cab at all.

Reckon it must be from that aerodynamic 377 hood.

    Ok, here's my day.

Had plans of leaving about 8 AM from home, haul the 329 to Jackson, WY, run out to Boulder, WY, load a 725, make it back to Pinedale before a half hour after sunset. Easy peasy, right?

Get the truck fired, all is good. Got to checking my annual permit, which I am sure my bride renewed, and thought my son had put in permit book. It's not there. Back to the house. Ask wife if she recalls purchasing it. No idea. Call Idaho Transportation Department. Give them info, they say that indeed 2019 permit was purchased in October. DOT folks will be able to access digital copy. Ask if I can get a copy. Yes, but that will be an additional $15. Screw it, don't have time to mess with it, run back to truck.

All goes well until I get to haul truck, which I had the guys park close to the road. Managed to get it started. County had plowed out a 90 degree turn on gravel road intersection where we load, and have to turn around. 4 foot berm of snow where I need to back trailer into to turn around. No problem says I, I'll just run over it a bunch with haul truck, back in, if I get stuck I'll pull myself in with haul truck. Ended up pulling the trailer back and managed to leave enough room to get by. Went around to front, hooked to tractor, pulled outfit around out of the deep snow. Unhook, load 725, all is good........except it is now 6:00, and my WY clearance doesn't allow travel after 5:42 today. I have 11.3 miles on a rural highway to get back to Boulder, where there is a gas station/bar/motel. Piss on it, I'm not spending the night here, drive to Boulder, fingers crossed they have a room and will let me park the truck somewhere.

Really nice folks, let me park the truck out back, friendly bar maid, cook hadn't showed up last two days, but barmaid had some Papa Murphy pizzas to cook up. Life is good right now!
