Putting my little girl to bed... next to a white volvo of all things...



One day of work and 18 pages behind, maybe we'll catch up at the house, looks like we're done for thw week anyhow.

 

Security guard is gone again!! I need to turn and burn..... got a deadline to meet, and some sleep to catch!

 

I like that one for sure. Being serious you know I would load the timing meter up and come that way if that's what we need to do.

 

I've had that on my mind for quite awhile. Let me get the truck put together and we'll go from there.

Seriously, I think I need to part with this white one once the other one is up and going. Not sure what to do, everything is sound on it, but it is no show truck. 4MG with brakesaver, 15 speed. Part it out, sell to a farmer? I paid 19k for it, normal maintenance, added wet kit, new tires, not sure what the value is.

 

From what I have seen they are asking a good price for trucks like that one. If they are getting it I can't say.


There is quite a bit of hopper stuff out that way so we can make it work when you get ready.

Would be interesting to see at some point. I've been having a bit of interest to see what liquids is like, because while I love my job where I'm at, I'm not being challenged much any more and that's not a good thing for my work personality. I'm always about new things and new adventures. My most memorable trips have been new things.

 

Can do, thanks buddy. I don't know how often I'll get out that way though (Belle Plaine might be the closest I'll get).

 

Why having a second car would be great...


Got back to the yard, but it's too late for my wife to come get me. Not that I mind though, I just got a call that am emergency came up with another driver and I'm going out to do his Ray, ND delivery and Rocanville pickup tomorrow. Better to get a full night sleep for a long day than spend 1+ hours going home and coming back in the morning.
