    In theory a tall 24 should last longer as it makes less revolutions to cover a mile. I’m sure someone somewhere has tested this

    And keeping with that same theory they should run cooler therefore less prone to blow outs

    Yes they will have longer wear milages over smaller. But with the added cost of operation it doesn't beat the lighter weight, fuel economy, and trade in value/casing credit. I have spent years running numbers in fleets on operational cost. Again there are aplications that require them. Not most. 11r24.5 tire production is way down and casings aint worth spit.

    I get the same price for my casings as LP only thing I don’t is my float tires
