I had just got dropped off and was in the seat when he backed in.
    Tore a 6" gash.
He couldn't believe he hit the crate.
Said he was worried about the other side...lol
Told him I would help him ....
I gave up after half an hour....And told him I'd let the the 1st one slide
But if he hit it again,I would make the call...

The one with the crack is a definite no go, but do you have a local machine to send the heads off to, to get reworked?

What did I miss ? That is really what they did. It was much steeper than it looks in the photo.

Stalled out in 3rd gear - went from 1500 to zero rpm as lSoon as the truck took the full weight on the hill. I wasn’t shifting or nothing. Couldn’t get the truck going even when the wrecker was taking the weight with the winch line.
That is basically what happened. I am sure it was something I did or didn’t do right.

I did not tear up the driveline - so it was a wrecker bill and a repower that the Ohio troopers insisted on as they decided I wasn’t mainting enough speed pulling the remaining hills. Brad’s guy took it the last 22 miles.

That’s the bad thing. I live in the middle of nowhere. As far as I know the closest good machine shop is over a hundred miles away.

Nope. I got no patience for stupid any more. Not even my own. Others stupidity has cost me too much time in my life. Just like right now...

Id have made that guy learn how to repair a tarp and then buy me lunch or diner. Stupid doesnt always need to hurt. But if you're gonna be stupid, atleast learn from it. Spending some time fixing the tarp then buying you food is an easy way of making him remember that experoence.

The sarcasm was that Superhauler doesn’t remember the towing company name not what you did or didn’t do. We both know the name. I know the hill and the road been up it several times.
