They sell straps, but never been legal. And the safety chains are a death trap. We used them only when someone might care like Michigan. They give some people the warm fuzzy safety feeling. But if anything ever happens you will have two wrecked vehicles in a ditch.

Never used howes. PB gets rust off well.
