No you are correct.... my opinion once again.
Mechanic: Person who uses both their brain & hands to evaluate and repair the problem.
Tech: Person who connects the computer so the computer can evaluate the problem to be repaired.
Close enough? -
Don't overlook the fact that most of the companies that used the ELD's Before the Mandatory time, would " conveniently " change any problems with a log in the office. And the Drivers knew that and drove accordingly.
Basically just like they were still on paper. -

I would definitely try to load it from the other end. Getting a pickup on street tires to do a wheelie has to be hard.

Back in the UK i was a car hauler and we had this problem when the new Range Rovers came out. We always used to back the first one on the headrack but they were having this happen quite regularly so Land Rover stopped us reversing em up, had to drive it up there if you were putting one there.
