There were some reo's later with more of a IH cab. Its not that cab.

 

Idk know @shogun the strip between windows on reo is thinner. Could be a K100 that someone couldnt keep their meatbeaters off. Custom aint always cool!

Vent looks like kw, to rectangle for western star. I find it hard to believe that someone would take the time to put KW door frames in any other cab.

 

I’d say your close as far as the “parts list” goes . The giveaway is in this picture, in the headlight area.
