They ain’t so bad! Mouthy and strong willed, but they know when to shut up. At least mine does.

That was something right there: I can't say I'd ever be willing to try it, even after seeing them fellas do it. That's beyond a hillbilly fix right there. But the reality of "no parts" is a real one in an environment such as that. They waited how many weeks for tires and other odds n ends which I cannot imagine was cheap.
"put a barrel of oil on the trailer and run a hose down into the diff like an IV" now that was a laughable idea: but you know #### well they'd have done it too.
