Was referring to his application which asks about gender. I think it’s rude that Wore had to even fill out such a app.1951 ford, Slowpoke KW, 7-UP and 17 others Thank this.

I seen a couple doctors the last few weeks, just the usual 2 choices in Georgia. However at my delivery in NY, I observed the signs on both bathroom doors were unisex. Still a padlock on the left one and a sign saying get the key to the ladies room from the receiving window. Guess they've evolved.
Any more just buy what makes you smile when you drive it. You may remember GM offered an 8.1L gas dually in the early 2000's. My Dad had an 04 and it was a solid pickup. He still has his 92 low rider dually with a 454. Over 400k miles and never been overhauled or needs one. I'd bet a dollar those big block gassers were discontinued to boost fleet mpg for hitting EPA targets. Probably also the demise of that v-10 Ford. Be interesting to see how that plays out with the upcoming models.
All that said, I've had a diesel pickup since 05. I don't keep them long enough or work them hard enough to say anything about what's better. The first one was a Chevy, last two Rams. Both brands have their ups and downs. Haven't loaded my 25' v-nose van and hooked it to a gas burner to see how it goes either. I'm sure the 6.4 gas Ram would have been fine, but try finding one without a special order, which eliminates a lot of the discounting on dealer inventory. The Cummins sells so that's what the dealers stock. Youd figure a gas pickup that does the same thing for $10k+ less would sell, but they don't.1951 ford, Slowpoke KW, 7-UP and 20 others Thank this. -
Rare as hens teeth for what I want. Mega cab base model with a 6.4? You smoking dope son? No body would want that so why should I have one on my lot?
Side note about the 6.4 for pullin. One of my buddies dads has a truss business in town. I worked for him on the side. 6.4 2500 and a 6.7 5500. Both loaded at the same weight I could walk off and leave the 5500 in the gasser. Got 15mpg empty flatbed on the way back in the hills of Branson.1951 ford, Slowpoke KW, 7-UP and 11 others Thank this. -
