I just clicked on it and it came up fine for me. Maybe you can try goggling Eaton Ratio Calculator, then choose Tools and Calculators, and then the Eaton page comes up and in the middle of the page it will say Road Speed Calculator, click on that and it brings you to where you choose your overdrive ratio, tire size, and rpm.
