That because they will just take her cash and let her go. You might complain to someone and get them in trouble. I know some cops that went to prison for that very thing (extortion)Zeviander, blairandgretchen, BigBob410 and 17 others Thank this.

They let her go. Didn’t even blink at her lack of insurance or not having a drivers license.
I, on the other hand, got spanked as if I had ran a stop sign, plowed through the police headquarters, and smashed into a family mini-van on there way to the soccer game.
