Made it home with an hour left on the clock. New steer tires tomarow. The old one has some life left in it at 200k miles but is getting a funny flat spot on it. Looks like I’m off to Oregon on Monday after I kick off the shingles. It a 20’ long, 10” wide, 12” tall and less than 800 lbs. getting best $ I’ve ever seen to go to the coast. I think there will be a little room left over for something else maybe? Wink! 07A9A335-049A-4E58-822C-656B7A99FD67.jpeg

    Never tried that before?

    It’s good. :D

The gravy needs to be thick though, IMHO.

A roadside place not far from here has good open face sandwich platters, and you can get different gravy on your fries depending on which meat you prefer. :)

Mix some cheese in there with the gravy. There's your winner. ST_poutine_classique.png Dang it now I'm hungry!

Has to be grated cheese though. That liquid kind just doesn’t do it, not for me anyway.

Zeviander, cke, Oxbow and 3 others Thank this.

Chunks of mozza cheese on hot fries covered with hot gravy is the best.
