    Well, flat top AR’s with free floated barrels aren’t really my cup of tea. I prefer mine more like military issue, so I know pretty much nothing about the current modification craze other than things like installing a launcher on my Bushmaster and tweaking my C308 to make it look like a CETME C.

    I would definitely advise against a nickel boron BCG as those definitely do not measure up to the hype. An ordinary GI phosphate coated BCG kept well oiled is the best way to handle that.

    Ran a load out to a job site this morning. Called the foreman before I left to tell him what I had and that I was on the way. At the site 30 mins later, call him again to let him know I'm at the staging area.

    "Awesome, just drop off what you have by the gate."

    "You do know this is a 40 foot tailer full of #### right? How about you send one of your guys over here with a loader"

    This is how a person knows when someone wasn't really listening.

    Well loaded #2, but will never make delivery due to earlier wait. Gonna putt back to the yard and check in homebase. Told them it will get delivered when I have time now.

    You can find these tractors pretty easy and there not that expensive. They made over 40,000 of the VAC models so pretty easy to source, and I happen to know a guy that’s familiar with them ;).
