    I think I would talk with this new company at least to find out the details straight from the horses mouth. Then go have a sit down meeting with the current boss and ask them if they really want to succeed in this business or are just wanting to spend money. Then let them know that you have 2 other opportunities in front of you but would rather stay where you are and help them succeed but they are going to have to listen to and follow your suggestions instead of doing the opposite, then give them examples.

    Definitely keep calm and professional, your attitude and approach can mean the difference between them telling you to get your stuff out of their truck or following what you say.
