I used a needle scaler on mine. And wire brush cup too. Coated with two coats of POR-15. Brushed on thick, not sprayed. That was five or six years ago on this truck and it's only faded a little bit. The spots where I spilled it in the driveway have not faded.

When I did that tilt deck trailer rebuild for the ranch I bought a frame coating at NAPA that they suggested. It is UV resistant.

I can see a moment of confusion, maybe, but how can a person not see what's going on when the tractor starts back to the right.

From my understanding it's not a cheap process. But if you want the best guess you gotta pay? Supposedly carbon steel is the best for removing rust, corrosion and other contaminants from steel.

Nickel plating is supposed to make it impossible to contaminate the steel.

I am trying to be nice and not say anything. This is the guy who’s frame I painted back in January. Now it’s just got rattle can paint on it. What was the point?

Always full of big tails but driving a company truck.

With all the money he says he is guaranteed to pull this OSOW stuff, I don’t know what the hold up is?

I turn that corner all the time, you have to watch idiots doing that but usually when it’s a truck behind you it’s not a problem
