So the rest of the story about the mack engine. Apparently it’s for a truck with less than a hundred miles on it.

 

When I was younger I owned 2 of those Broncos. Drove the green 69 quite a bit, V8 automatic. The blue one was a 72 V8 3 in the tree.

When I was just a boy we had a 800 series Scout, 152 4 banger which was a 304 V8 minus one bank.
About 25 yrs ago I drove a 78 Scout ll 304 / 4 spd. Good machine other than normal rust

 

Makes ya wonder about quality control lol.

 

Got my heavy on and rolled out of town last night, leaving @Humblepie to check for holes in his eyelids. Hope I didn’t bore ya with the tour of my junk lol. Appreciate dinner as well my Freind.
