Yes Sir, I miss that soft deep tone in the exhaust too. I don't care about lots of noise cause it attracts that attention from @Logan76 buddies with big hats. But a little tone is nice.

 

I ain't told nobody, but there's a muffler stuffed underneath mine. I like a little growl and whistle of a E model....that's good enough for me too brother.

Hell, that @Logan76 just looks fast, even when he's setting still. Them wheels are so shiney they look like they are rolling when he's parked.

No wonder them boys with the big hats always looking at him, lol

Bringing up noise n big hat boys: Tuesday I was coming home & stopped for fuel. Jake it down the hill off the highway to make the turn into the fuel stop, swing wide n look straight at the Man setting on the far side of the fuel pumps who's looking straight at me while he puts that purple rectangle sticker on the drivers side window of a dually pickup with a trailer.
I let her cool down a few minutes while I pretended to have a log book to fill out, shut her down n went in the office to ask the fella WTF.
Come back out to him looking round Bessie. "Nice ride"
~Well, she's filthy, with all the snow we are bout to get n all the #### on the roads I have a tough time keeping her clean. Thanks tho.

Smokey old R model shows up from a local tow outfit to drag him away, n wide brim gets in his carriage n leaves.
