Had to screenshot this cause I don't know how to do it otherwise. We have two special needs kids on mama's side. Maddie turned six this week.......when she was born the doc's said she wouldn't make it 6 months to a year. Kat would sit with her on Thursday afternoon in the hospital every week so her mama could have a couple hours break....

Spend a little time around Maddie and all those things that you think are a big itch.....They ain't nothing ....

 

Amazing how Life has a way of puttin things in perspective at the right time.

I don't mind working Saturdays at all, as long as certain criteria are met:

1. Trailer must be blocked in for no reason.
2. Trailer must have a flat off the rim.
3. There can't be any empties to swap the freight over.
4. Love's tire man must be gone on at least two roadside calls.

What's that? He's been gone 3 hours on a nearby jumpstart? Of course he has. At least today has checked all the boxes. (Pumps fist in the air emphatically)

 

I do remember that. The only drawback was when those meth heads kidnapped me. Do you remember that? They tried to sell me for scrap metal.

 

Usually they think they should make more..... for doing the same or less.

Most of the time, I'm anti human trafficking, especially selling people to scrap yards. However, I do recalll them saying Sinterklass was fast approaching and they'd been laid off from the carnival.
