I agree with you, but remember it's the guys that have to use the jake for every stoplight in town, and during shifting that got us to this point.

I haven't seen those around here. I'll give them a shot if I run across them. Probably have them in Houston or Dallas, but I'm not that thirsty yet.

Wonder if this will make them put another ramp before or after that left hander right before town...

But that’s not the problem, right? We have ramps but they don’t use them... either because they can’t read the sign, someone else parks in front of them, or their too inexperienced to know any different?

Do they need to tell us the number of ramps? There locations? How many more remain?

Or is it up the FMCSA to better dictate who gets a CDL? Start seriously accrediting schools — even company ran schools?

On one side we could have more government intervention. On the other side we simply need drivers to understand the dangers of responsibility they have?

One of the single greatest things my driver mentor at Melton told me...

“Make no mistake Stwik this is a serious ###king job. If you mess up people die.”

I didn’t necessarily need to be told that. But it is something that sticks with me after being out here.

Don't feel alone. If you rounded mine off, I would be 10 points behind you. Dam shame to be this old and this dumb. Oh well.

I feel embarrassed and a arse if forget to turn them off and then up shifting, or forgetting and them going off in a parking lot.
