I’m not sure, tuned port maybe but I don’t think a throttle body and I know a carbureted engine doesn’t have a return line. However I’m no mechanic

So that being the case, you can just feed it a ton of fuel and it will only burn what the injectors will flow and if it smokes black with the turbo spooled up it needs a bigger turbo?Feedman, Al. Roper, peterbilt_2005 and 13 others Thank this.

Back in high school I had a 69 3/4 ton Ford with the gas tank behind the seat. Somebody had rigged up an electric fuel pump down along the frame rails. It would pump up to a certain pressure and then cut out.
I found out the hard way that they had wired it to constant power and not keyed power.
Dad come in the house one day and said your truck is making a weird on and off ticking sound. I go out and find the float had stuck and the entire engine block full a gas... -
Good thing with the return regulator you eliminate deadheading your electric pump when the key is on but the engine isn’t.Feedman, Al. Roper, BigCam9670 and 12 others Thank this.

Dang I like that quote! Lol -
As far as turbo size that’s beyond me but yes they’ll only push to the injectors what they need. The injector pump would meter that.Feedman, Al. Roper, BigCam9670 and 13 others Thank this.
