Stopped to splash some fuel and a quick bite. Parked and proceeded to devour my sausage biscuit and this driver parked on my right came walking ,er shuffled I should say. up to my door. He asked can I help him for a second. Now he only had one hand the other was gone from bout six inches up from the wrist. All he needed was for someone to open his side box door. He couldn't reach the pull cable just inside drivers door and reach the side box door being handicapped. I assumed he lost the hand in war since he was wearing a vet hat. ..nope diabetes took it. I'm thinking he shouldn't be behind the wheel of a big truck, he had a bad hunch in his back, legs swollen scabs all over his skin and could hardly walk ! Looks to be bout in his 60's. Seemed like a good guy but dang !

If you’re a specialized hauler, you’re always out of place.
-
I respect him..... Unlike the jack leg setting in a blue KW in the fuel island here at Jane Lew taking his 30
, Door open and seat layed back like a big idiot!
-
And he wasn’t too proud to ask for a helping hand.
Good story. -
