This project has officially lasted long enough to have a theme song.

 

Those car dealers are picky SOBs so I’ve heard

 

I’ve heard the same. Some of those cars move in what looks like zip-tight plastic covers made for an astronaut or something...

 

Nah. It happens. I can't figure why they haven't done away with them...obviously someone with a degree thinks it's a good idea. And as long as we have pics the company and I are covered for damages that may have occurred.

Lol! I just text my wife and hit the back button and for some reason it brought me back here...had to scroll real quick to make sure you fellas didn't see the mush!! Don't want no one coming for my man card!

 

Dude!! You have no idea! They can't see my 75' 13'6ish parking lot in their parking lot right in front of the showroom...but they can see an 1/8th" scratch on the lower rocker panel in the pouring rain from the other side of the dealership!!! F er's!!!

 

Good friend of mine who used to work with me at GM had a car hauler moving Crown Vic’s and Mercury Marquis from the Ford plant near London, ON.

His father was a O/O car hauler and he said a good car hauler driver can make good money because of the care required in handling the cars. Well his father made it look so easy my friend bought a car hauling rig and put a driver in it and tried to manage it for extra income while he worked at GM. I can hear you laughing.
