Yes sir. We're lucky rain wise. We're not around anything that floods other than the cul de sac once in a blue moon. The sirens were just for rotation, it never touched down. The wife and son went to the covered hole in the ground but I prefer being out keeping track of whats going on on TV and then I know when the TV goes out it's close.

Never been there but heard it’s good, there are several around town. I’m about a 1/4 mile from the Polaris one right now but we’re going to Giordanos.
