Yesterday we were talking about ways to cook meat. My wife has used briquettes maybe twice, and the meat was really good. It was just hamburgers so nothing big. Question, when you cook something bigger like ribs or brisket, do you keep adding the briquettes as you go or do you put what you need at the beginning and let it go?
