Alright...if Grub ever comes back don't tell him...but I always like the old Ford's. I'm not a little fella and I got no clue what Chevy was thinking when they designed their cab and steering column. Think ramp truck!! Lol! I just don't fit in a standard cab Chevy.

I tried getting help and they handle ford owners some. But since its a diesel they rejected me. Said I'm to far gone and they don't want oil spots on the concrete.

 

Pretty solid plan. Right now I'm hitting everything about 2x a week. I've been doing 5-7 sets of 5-6 deadlifts two days back to back with 2-3 rest days in between. I did deadlifts 3 days in a row once and that was too much. I was braindead and beat on day 4. Definitely went too far with it there.

Seems I remember reading somewheres it's good to keep a few near rotted onions on hand...but can't fer the life of me remember where...
