Calf muscles and the traps are extremely dense and strong muscle groups. The only way to make them grow is insane amounts of weights.

 

Wheel barrow full of cement, push that around for 8 hours, or carry shingles up a ladder for a day. Works well.

 

He would have responded the same usual sidewalk sissy way, which usually involves "you don't know me, so you cant judge me/what would happen if that other truck hit a busload of kids (it's always a busload of kids, right?)/we're all supposed to be equal and we are not equal/ company policy says."

Newsflash people: Those participation trophies that you received in school are for 2nd rate kids not to feel second rate. There's no such thing in the adult world. Understand too, that in the real world, all are not equal. If all were equal, none could be strong, none could be successful. Want to be the best? Take what you have and work with it until you are the best that YOU can be. Don't worry about the next guy...in fact, wish him success.
