good ole Welfare Express!! Think this dude needs a securement refresher course!! The back straps on that grating has no edge protection and the back strap is cut nearly thru! Tried to get the fool to pull over so I could tell him and offer a hand. Dummy wouldn't have it! If he made it thru the West Virginny hills I'd be surprised....

 

I learned a few days ago that they (mega drivers) are taught not to look into their mirrors as much because they will only be liable for what’s in front of them.
